[Open Positions]

I. Overseas Sales (Multiple Positions)

[Job Responsibilities]

  1. Responsible for overseas market development & customer expansion of international logistics products (sea freight, air freight, cross-border transport, etc.), maintaining relationships with overseas agents & customers.
  2. Follow up on customer needs, provide professional logistics solutions, & complete the full process of quotation, contract signing, & order tracking.
  3. Collect overseas market information, analyze competitor dynamics, & develop targeted marketing strategies.
  4. Coordinate with internal operations, documentation, & other departments to ensure smooth cargo transportation & enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Achieve sales performance targets set by the company.

[Job Requirements]

  1. College degree or above, preferably in international trade, logistics management, business English, or related fields.
  2. Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing), able to use English as a working language; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  3. Experience in international logistics, foreign trade, or overseas sales is preferred; candidates with customer resources are given priority.
  4. Strong business negotiation skills, customer service awareness, & ability to work under pressure.
  5. Familiar with international trade procedures & international logistics operations, with knowledge of customs declaration & clearance.
  6. Good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, & ability to adapt to overseas business trips or remote work.

II. Customer Service Specialist (2 Positions)

[Job Responsibilities]

  1. Handle daily customer service tasks including customer inquiries, order tracking, & exception handling.
  2. Maintain customer relationships & enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Coordinate internal resources to resolve customer issues.

[Job Requirements]

  1. College degree or above, preferably in logistics or foreign trade.
  2. Good communication skills & service awareness.
  3. Proficient in office software; experience in logistics industry is preferred.
